When do I get sent instructions for the virtual open event?

We will send you a link and password one day before the session, so please keep an eye out for this email to ensure you have access. In advance of the event, we suggest that you make some time to register for a free Zoom account. We recommend using the same email address as the one you have used to sign up to the presentation.

What is the process for logging on?

We recommend allowing 10 minutes to check your system set-up before the session starts. To ensure you get the best viewing experience, we advise using Zoom on a computer or tablet.

Will we see other people at the virtual open event?

No. Everyone’s cameras and microphones will be off but you will be able to get involved via the Q&A button.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes. The event will be recorded and will be shared with people who booked for the event a few days later.

Will I be able to ask questions?

Yes. We will have a section of the event dedicated to answering your questions. You’ll be able to use the Q&A button to ask questions throughout the event and they will be answered by our staff and student panel.
